~\o Figure eight, as double four ~\o

Mary Lee has tagged me with the Eight things Meme:

Each player lists 8 facts/habits about themselves. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning before those facts/habits are listed. At the end of the post, the player then tags 8 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

I asked Evan if I had any interesting habits; he suggests the "almost constantly reading thing."

1) I used to read while showering and while riding my bike. I made myself pretty ill reading while being driven in the Andes in Chile. (Something like 30 switchbacks. The book: If Beale Stree Could Talk.) My tendency to read while travelling through beautiful scenery probably baffles Evan more than anything else about me.

2) Many of my habits could be described as stims. My son has many of the same stims I did/do.

3)I'm probably better at Dance Dance Revolution than any other fat middle-aged woman you know.

4)If I see a car with only one headlight, I make a little squiggle in the air and say "padiddle." Evan tells me I'm the only person in the world who does this, but I did not make it up.

5) I used to regularly perform improv comedy. I miss it.

6) The main souvenir I brought back from Chile was a Spanish edition of The Tatooed Potato and Other Clues by Ellen Raskin. I don't read or speak Spanish.

7) I have five godchildren, four girls and a boy.

8) I have grown from being a pretty picky eater to enjoying just about any food. The one food I unequivocally can't stand is Kasha.

Is there anyone who hasn't been tagged yet? I'll try
